First off, I think you've found the source of your cold idle issues. Having the IACV blocked off would certainly mess with your cold idle.

Your second picture, under the thick, black, ground wire (with yellow stripe) you will find where the end of the clutch cable meets the clutch arm. There is a pin on the clutch cable, and a recess ...

As long as there is a tiny bit of air gap between the clutch cable and the clutch arm you're good. Don't want that TOB getting worn out early because the cable is too tight.

And I would go a little more conservative and say to perfectly center the wheels, a +26mm offset is probably ideal.

Next upgrade might depend on how the car behaves afterward and what you expect out of it.
