It is worth mentioning that K20s come with both cranks as well. The 160hp version of the K20(A3) is a 4cw and revs to 7K rpm. The Fun K20 (The A1, A2, Z3 etc) rev to 8 and 9K and have 8cw cranks.

I have run .032 easy and didn't start to cut out until over 20psi of boost. 22psi was the most she could do with copper cores, Iridiums were able to hold over 24psi on the same gap!

I squished the top of mine until it would hold 22inHG vacuum. This is an increase of nearly 5inHG over stock. I don't leak anymore and the turbo will push over 26psi. The BOV may be leaking at that...

So how can we order these? from their site? I think I am goin to start saving some pennies. The N1 cams should be good to what? 9Krpm without springs? I don't want to go any higher than that.

if you have the right stuff as listed you can run it no problem.

Put it together tightly enough to not come loose, not so much to break the screws lol.

Just make sure you use the right drive ...

I swear by the DSM or factory nissan. The crushed DSM has been very reliable for me, with barely a hint of surge and holds up well to boost. Plus it was free. I don't see the sense in buying a 100+...

gee whiz how far did you crush it?

I have had very very little compressor surge. You must have had it crushed too far or your lines were not hooked up right because there is no way a crushed dsm e...

if the car doesn't move, I doubt it is the clutch at that power level. Most likely the axle snapped.

You have to put the BOV in a vice and crush the top of it slightly so it will hold up to more boost. Look up on the DSM forums for more info. I just preloads the spring. There are other ways to mak...
