That's exactly what I thought. I did it once on a honda with a broken spring with some soft rope, then we turned it to tdc to push the rope against the valves so they couldn't move.
15psi according to the boost gauge. It was really cool on the way to the track. There were some huge straights and in 5th gear I got boost creep! I hit 18psi! woohoo.
How much do those things run? If they are not really expensive I may invest in some for kicks. I don't really wanna invest a lot of money in going straight, but it is fun so I will prob do it.
