exactly what I am thinking. They use a high lift, with a lower duration cam profile. This is why they can make such insane power for the boost they are pushing.

OEM are great bearings, but under hard abuse it seems other bearing materials out perform them. OEM bearings hate high oil temps. But you will prob never have any issues with them.

You can get a DE to perform similarly, but the head is still limited by port size and angle. The ve head flows great without work. If we are talking stock for stock, then a VE head is a good choice...
