You can keep the pcv hooked up. You just run pretty lean at idle.

Then you can route it anywhere, but the best way is to route it to intake before turbo, then delete the pcv valve so as to not pull in unmetered air at idle when the pcv is open.

No. there should be a hose routing it to the intake on the turbo's inlet side. after the maf, on a pull-thru setup.

You will not want to use a catch can other than the factory one. You should also plumb it like factory as well. The factory catch works well.

Here is a W10 motor stock cam vs S4 I did a few years ago. It had a T28, but you can still see no loss of bottom end.

Hydro is really good. You can steal a lot of parts off the QG18 transmission from any B15 manual transmission.

with a solid hub disk... will break the p11 tranny eventually. I did 3-4 rolling burnouts like this, and it fatig...

If you wanna save that trans, keep the clutch as the weak link. get a pp with tons of clamp, then use a ceramic 6-puck disk... on that won't lose springs.

I used a clutch very similar to the FX500. It only slipped in 4th gear on high boost. but i did end up with exploding transmissions.

Definitely don't want anyone to have issues with the swap. It isn't cheap or easy...
