You're doing it right Ashton. I really like where you've gone with this. I would love to see what this thing would do with N1 cams and 9k rpms. Power will drop off at 8500, but keeping the revs up ...
I unplugged the AAC and the car idles perfect. No issues at all. So for now, it will stay disconnected. I probably have to do an idle re-learn or swap the valve.
Are the AAC and IACV actually different? The plugs are similar, and wire colors are identical. The FICD has a different plug, but I wouldn't imagine anything else is really different.

I've run over 25psi on the blow-thru z32 maf without failure. Not that I'd recommend it, but I did run over 15psi for years with the GT30r without any issues.
You guys may need to improvise in this situation by spacing the mount however you need to by sandwiching washers in place to make sure the alignment is good. Until this gets an official fix from ma...
Wide Open Wednesdays start April 10th. I'll be out at miller motorsports park having some fun with the stock setup before the real fun begins... modifying!
These are race bearings, and have a little more oil clearance built in. It may be necessary to run thicker oil to compensate. This isn't a bad thing, as these engines output are pushed way beyond f...
