Does the black bracket just run water through something? I don't see an open water Inlet anywhere for it. And the other one runs off of the bottom of the manifold but what would that run to obvio...

im doing the VE crank because both of my motors threw a rod bearing and if I machined the cranks one rod would be running a thicker gauge bearing.
the VE crank is the same which is why im using it...
