You do have to worry about bolts coming loose when using the solid mounts. They rattle everything apart, so make sure you torque everything to spec and you shouldn't have any issues.
Yeah, no more power for me. The power it makes is great, and I have no plans on going any further with power stuff. Just going to be making it a better DD, and doing some suspension and cosmetic mods.
I got them, and they suck. Beam pattern is terrible and they started getting condensation in them already... they were installed for about an hour lol.
Anyone try the chrome ones? I got the clear/chrome set coming for the super sentra. Put my headlights on my wife's car. I am hoping they work ok without looking too cheap. If they are too cheap loo...
VVL switch points will have to be constantly changed until you find the sweet spot. The choice of turbo, manifold, and cams will all affect where the best point will be.
My rear mount is pulverized. Like, there is about 1" total clearance total on the rear mount, so the engine rocks. The front mount is solid. A lot less movement than stock, but I was actually think...

I am a little concerned with "normal" wear rates on the Mobil 1. I mean, if you are paying 2x the cost for the synthetic... you should have better than "normal" results. Otherwise, I would just swi...
Yea I have heard of the shifting issues that some B15 transmissions have had. Lucky for me, the P11 trans never let me down. It shifted awesome, and never missed locking a gear unless the gear oil ...
I just switched back to 75w90 for my 6 speed. The thicker stuff worked, but in this cold weather it would practically kill the engine in neutral when the clutch was released for a cold start.
