I have the boost controller disconnected and I'm still getting 13psi of boost no matter what I do. Now, either the boost gauge is wrong and I'm really only doing 10psi.

I put a turbo blanket on and that cut heat down by half easily. I can't believe it.

One of the reasons I went big turbo is to get the boost down enough so the air/water didn't have to work as hard.

I agree that intercooler is probably too small for any boost over 10psi. Best way...

Remember oil and coolant lines can add up to some coin on the DE+T. For all four, typically you are looking at around $150 or so, depending on what kind/quality of lines you run.
