In any case, you should feel the VVL kick a lot harder than it does. You should Feel it. Period. Vadim is hearing it kick, with no real movement of power.

It blows me away that this thread has side-stepped into a tuning argument. The tune is not the problem. The engine is in great shape. It's those cams with his setup that are the problem.

The sr20 is far different than a EJ engine. Tuning them is completely different. But I do trust the honda guys because they know Vtec. I wonder what VVL emulates?
