Ok guys I got it. The grinding was definitely needed and i might need a tad more because getting into reverse is a little hard, but its done.

My bracket isn't even close to them 2 holes above. Thats the problem. The 2 dowl pins line up perfect the bolt holes line up, but the bracket above is off prett bad, so i might have to atleast loos...

That was easy....but when you look in the back(towards the firewall) its just totally off????? All the dowpins lined up. All the bolts tighten right up, its just the rear mount is off and the moto...
