Just plug in your factory EGR temp sensor and the EGR solenoid valve. Once those are plugged in the light will go off. Just zip tie them out of the way.

I think the biggest problem is the fact you are running a Lightning MAF. You need to have the maf placement at least 12" from the turbo inlet. Do you have Nissan datascan?
Yes stratton, our dynos read a bit lower. Plus I always say what my PSIG is, which usually ends up being 2-3psi less than running at sea level. The car would run really good at sea level, no doubt....
